HeySeller is an independent AI listing assistant for Etsy sellers, with a particular focus on sellers in Vietnam. This policy explains what data we collect, how AI providers process listing text, how long we keep things, how third-party services are used, and how to request deletion. HeySeller là trợ lý AI viết listing Etsy độc lập, tập trung vào seller Việt. Trang này giải thích HeySeller thu thập dữ liệu gì, nhà cung cấp AI xử lý nội dung listing thế nào, dữ liệu được lưu bao lâu, có dùng dịch vụ bên thứ ba nào, và bạn yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu ra sao.

1. Data we collect from Etsy1. Dữ liệu nhận từ Etsy

When you connect your shop through Etsy OAuth, HeySeller may receive the following based on the scopes you authorize: Khi bạn kết nối shop qua Etsy OAuth, HeySeller có thể nhận các dữ liệu sau, tuỳ vào quyền bạn cấp:

• Shop profile: shop name, country, listing counts, and shop identifiers.Profile shop: tên shop, quốc gia, số lượng listing và ID shop.
• Listing metadata: title, description, price, quantity, taxonomy, tags, attributes, images, and listing identifiers.Thông tin listing: tiêu đề, mô tả, giá, số lượng, danh mục, tag, thuộc tính, ảnh và ID listing.
• Sales-related summaries (e.g. number of sales, recent activity) when the matching scope is granted.Tóm tắt doanh số (số đơn, hoạt động gần đây) khi bạn đã cấp quyền tương ứng.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to keep the connection live.Token OAuth (access và refresh) cần để duy trì kết nối.

We do not collect buyer email addresses, buyer payment details, or any information about people who buy from your shop. HeySeller không thu thập email khách, thông tin thanh toán của khách, hay bất kỳ thông tin nào về người mua hàng từ shop của bạn.

All access is read-only. HeySeller does not write to your listings, inventory, or orders. You can disconnect HeySeller at any time inside Etsy's "Apps you use" panel. 2. Data you give us directly2. Dữ liệu bạn tự cung cấp

Waitlist applications include your name, email, shop URL, ship-from country, primary goal, and any notes you provide. This information is used to review applications, contact you about beta access, and send product updates you opt into. Đơn đăng ký gồm tên, email, link shop, nước bạn ship hàng từ đó, mục tiêu chính và ghi chú. Thông tin này dùng để duyệt đơn, liên hệ về beta và gửi cập nhật sản phẩm nếu bạn đồng ý nhận.

3. How AI providers process listing text3. Nhà cung cấp AI xử lý nội dung listing thế nào

When you request an AI rewrite, HeySeller sends the listing's title, description, and tags to a third-party large language model provider (for example, Anthropic Claude or OpenAI). The provider returns suggestions which are stored in your HeySeller account until you delete them. Khi bạn yêu cầu AI viết lại, HeySeller gửi tiêu đề, mô tả và tag của listing sang một nhà cung cấp AI bên thứ ba (ví dụ Anthropic Claude hoặc OpenAI). Họ trả về gợi ý, các gợi ý này được lưu trong tài khoản HeySeller cho tới khi bạn xoá.

• We use API endpoints with no-training agreements, so listing text is not used to train AI models.Chúng tôi dùng các API có cam kết "không dùng để train", nên nội dung gửi đi không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI.
• We never send buyer-related data, shop financial details, or OAuth tokens to AI providers.Không bao giờ gửi dữ liệu khách, chi tiết tài chính của shop hay token OAuth sang nhà cung cấp AI.
• AI suggestions are stored in HeySeller for as long as your account is active or until you delete them.Gợi ý AI được lưu trong HeySeller chừng nào tài khoản còn hoạt động, hoặc cho tới khi bạn xoá.

4. Caching and retention4. Cache và thời gian lưu trữ

HeySeller follows Etsy API caching requirements: listing data is cached for at most 6 hours and other Etsy content for at most 24 hours. OAuth tokens are retained only as long as the connection is active. Account data is kept while your account exists and removed within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. HeySeller tuân theo quy định cache của Etsy API: dữ liệu listing cache tối đa 6 giờ, các loại nội dung khác tối đa 24 giờ. Token OAuth chỉ giữ trong khi kết nối còn hoạt động. Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ trong khi tài khoản còn tồn tại và xoá trong 30 ngày sau khi bạn xoá tài khoản, trừ khi pháp luật, an ninh hay chống gian lận yêu cầu giữ lâu hơn.

5. How we use the data5. HeySeller dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

• Operate the HeySeller dashboard, analytics, and AI suggestions.Vận hành dashboard, phần phân tích và gợi ý AI của HeySeller.
• Send transactional emails (invites, password resets, billing).Gửi email cần thiết (lời mời, đặt lại mật khẩu, hoá đơn).
• Improve the product in aggregate, anonymized form.Cải thiện sản phẩm ở dạng tổng hợp, đã ẩn danh.

We do not sell connected shop data, do not use it for third-party advertising networks, and do not share it with other HeySeller users. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu shop, không dùng cho mạng quảng cáo bên thứ ba và không chia sẻ với user HeySeller khác.

6. Disconnect and deletion6. Ngắt kết nối và xoá dữ liệu

You can revoke HeySeller's OAuth access at any time from your Etsy account settings. To delete your HeySeller account and all stored data, email support@heyseller.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Bạn có thể vào tài khoản Etsy huỷ quyền OAuth của HeySeller bất cứ lúc nào. Để xoá tài khoản HeySeller và toàn bộ dữ liệu đã lưu, email support@heyseller.app. HeySeller xử lý yêu cầu xoá trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ khi pháp luật, an ninh hay chống gian lận yêu cầu giữ lâu hơn.

7. Third-party services7. Các dịch vụ bên thứ ba

HeySeller relies on the following categories of vendors to operate the service: hosting (Vercel and similar), application database, email delivery, form processing (FormSubmit for waitlist), payment processing for paid plans, error monitoring, and AI providers as described in section 3. We choose vendors that provide standard data-processing agreements and do not allow them to sell connected shop data. HeySeller dùng các nhóm nhà cung cấp sau: hosting (Vercel và tương đương), database ứng dụng, gửi email, xử lý form (FormSubmit cho đăng ký), thanh toán cho gói trả phí, giám sát lỗi và nhà cung cấp AI như đã nói ở mục 3. Chúng tôi chỉ chọn nhà cung cấp có thoả thuận xử lý dữ liệu chuẩn và không cho họ bán dữ liệu shop.

8. International users, GDPR, and CCPA8. Người dùng quốc tế, GDPR và CCPA

Etsy sellers using HeySeller may be located worldwide, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by contacting support@heyseller.app. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Người dùng HeySeller có thể ở khắp nơi, bao gồm Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Anh và California. Bạn có thể email support@heyseller.app để yêu cầu xem, chỉnh sửa, xoá hoặc giới hạn dữ liệu cá nhân. HeySeller không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ người dưới 16 tuổi.

9. Changes to this policy9. Thay đổi chính sách

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify active users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Nếu có thay đổi quan trọng, HeySeller sẽ cập nhật ngày ở phía trên và gửi email báo cho người dùng đang hoạt động ít nhất 14 ngày trước khi áp dụng.
