Seller data is used only to provide HeySeller.

HeySeller is a read-only analytics dashboard for Etsy sellers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how sellers can request deletion.

Data we collect

When a seller connects their shop through Etsy OAuth, HeySeller may process:

• Shop profile information, shop country, and shop identifiers.
• Listing metadata such as title, status, price, quantity, taxonomy, tags, images, and listing identifiers.
• Sales-related summaries when the seller grants the required Etsy OAuth scopes.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the seller-controlled connection.
• Basic waitlist information submitted by the seller, such as name, email, shop URL, and intended use.

How we use data

We use connected shop data to display analytics, listing visibility, and seller-authorized reports inside HeySeller. We do not sell connected Etsy shop data, use it for third-party advertising, or ask sellers to share Etsy passwords, API keys, or shared secrets.

Data retention

HeySeller keeps OAuth tokens and cached Etsy content only as long as reasonably needed to provide the dashboard, maintain account security, comply with Etsy API requirements, and support seller-requested deletion or disconnect workflows.

Deletion and disconnect requests

Sellers may revoke access through Etsy at any time. To request deletion of HeySeller account data or cached shop data, email support@heyseller.app. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Third-party services

HeySeller may use hosting, form, analytics, database, email, and infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers are used only to support the product and are not permitted to sell connected shop data on our behalf.

International users and GDPR

Etsy sellers may be located globally, including in the European Economic Area. Sellers may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data by contacting support@heyseller.app.
