Terms for using HeySeller.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Service scope
HeySeller is an independent, read-only analytics dashboard for Etsy sellers. The initial product helps sellers review shop, listing, and sales-related signals available through seller-authorized Etsy API scopes.
Independent application
HeySeller is provided by its application developer, not by Etsy. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the application developer, do not provide HeySeller, and make no warranties with respect to HeySeller or data accessed through it.
Seller authorization
Sellers connect their shop through Etsy OAuth and may revoke access through Etsy at any time. HeySeller does not ask sellers to create or share Etsy API keys, shared secrets, or Etsy passwords.
Acceptable use
Users may not use HeySeller to:
- Scrape Etsy pages or bypass the Etsy Open API.
- Misrepresent HeySeller as an official Etsy product.
- Access data from a shop they are not authorized to manage.
- Use HeySeller in violation of Etsy policies or applicable law.
Beta availability
HeySeller is preparing a private beta for the first 100 invited sellers, followed by broader availability after review and testing. Features may change during beta.
Data and privacy
Use of HeySeller is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, retention, deletion, and third-party services.
