1. Service scope1. Phạm vi dịch vụ

HeySeller is an independent, third-party AI listing assistant for Etsy sellers. The core service consists of an AI rewrite tool for listing titles, descriptions, and tags; a Vietnamese-language analytics dashboard; a listing health checker; and a Vietnamese seller education library. HeySeller là trợ lý AI viết listing Etsy độc lập, do bên thứ ba phát triển. Dịch vụ chính gồm: công cụ AI viết lại tiêu đề/mô tả/tag, dashboard phân tích tiếng Việt, công cụ soát sức khoẻ listing, và thư viện cẩm nang seller bằng tiếng Việt.

2. Independent application2. Ứng dụng độc lập

HeySeller is provided by its application developer, not by Etsy. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the application developer, do not provide HeySeller, and make no warranties with respect to HeySeller or data accessed through it. HeySeller is not endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Etsy. HeySeller do nhà phát triển ứng dụng tự cung cấp, không phải do Etsy. Etsy, Inc. và các bên liên kết không phải nhà phát triển, không cung cấp HeySeller và không bảo hành đối với HeySeller hay dữ liệu truy cập qua đây. HeySeller không được Etsy chứng thực, cấp chứng nhận hay tài trợ.

3. Seller authorization3. Quyền truy cập do seller cấp

Sellers connect their shop through Etsy OAuth 2.0 and may revoke access through their Etsy account at any time. HeySeller does not request Etsy passwords, API keys, shared secrets, or any credentials other than the OAuth tokens issued by Etsy. Seller kết nối shop qua Etsy OAuth 2.0 và có thể huỷ quyền truy cập trong tài khoản Etsy bất cứ lúc nào. HeySeller không hỏi mật khẩu Etsy, API key, shared secret hay bất kỳ thông tin đăng nhập nào ngoài token OAuth do Etsy cấp.

4. AI suggestions and your responsibility4. Gợi ý AI và trách nhiệm của bạn

HeySeller generates AI suggestions for listing titles, tags, and descriptions. These suggestions are produced by third-party large language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or wording that does not match your product or brand. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before applying it to your Etsy listing, and for ensuring it complies with Etsy's policies, intellectual-property rules, and applicable law. HeySeller tạo các gợi ý AI cho tiêu đề, tag và mô tả listing. Gợi ý do mô hình AI bên thứ ba tạo, có thể có sai sót, không chính xác hoặc câu chữ không khớp sản phẩm/thương hiệu của bạn. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm xem lại mọi gợi ý trước khi áp dụng vào listing Etsy, đồng thời đảm bảo nội dung tuân thủ chính sách Etsy, quy định về sở hữu trí tuệ và pháp luật hiện hành.

HeySeller does not write to your Etsy shop on your behalf. You apply changes manually in Etsy Shop Manager. HeySeller không ghi vào shop Etsy thay bạn. Mọi thay đổi do bạn tự áp dụng trong Etsy Shop Manager.

5. Acceptable use5. Quy tắc sử dụng

When using HeySeller you agree not to: Khi sử dụng HeySeller, bạn đồng ý không:

• Scrape Etsy pages or bypass the official Etsy Open API.Scrape trang Etsy hoặc đi vòng Etsy Open API chính thức.
• Misrepresent HeySeller as an official Etsy product, partner, or certified application.Tuyên bố sai rằng HeySeller là sản phẩm, đối tác hay app được Etsy chứng nhận.
• Access data from a shop you are not authorized to manage.Truy cập dữ liệu của shop bạn không có quyền quản lý.
• Use HeySeller to generate listings that infringe intellectual property, violate Etsy's prohibited items policy, or break applicable law.Dùng HeySeller để tạo listing vi phạm sở hữu trí tuệ, chính sách hàng cấm của Etsy hoặc pháp luật.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose HeySeller's API or data to third parties without our written consent.Bán lại, cấp phép lại hoặc đưa API/dữ liệu của HeySeller cho bên thứ ba khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản.

6. Beta availability and changes6. Bản beta và những thay đổi có thể xảy ra

HeySeller is currently in private beta, onboarding 20–30 invited sellers per month. Features may change, be added, or be removed during beta. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or close beta access if usage exceeds reasonable rate limits or if account behaviour violates these terms. HeySeller đang ở bản beta riêng tư, mỗi tháng nhận 20–30 seller được mời. Trong giai đoạn beta, các tính năng có thể bị thay đổi, thêm mới hoặc gỡ bỏ. HeySeller có quyền giới hạn, tạm ngưng hoặc đóng quyền dùng beta nếu mức sử dụng vượt giới hạn hợp lý hoặc tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản.

7. Pricing and refunds7. Giá và hoàn tiền

Beta access is free for the first three months. Paid plans, as published on the pricing section, are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds at our discretion for first-month charges if HeySeller did not work as described. Bản beta miễn phí 3 tháng đầu. Các gói trả phí công khai tại trang bảng giá, tính phí theo tháng. Bạn có thể huỷ bất cứ lúc nào trong phần cài đặt tài khoản; việc huỷ có hiệu lực vào cuối kỳ thanh toán hiện tại. HeySeller xem xét hoàn lại phí tháng đầu nếu sản phẩm không hoạt động đúng như mô tả.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability8. Miễn trừ và giới hạn trách nhiệm

HeySeller is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve sales, search rank, or comply with every Etsy policy in every market. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from HeySeller is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. HeySeller được cung cấp theo nguyên trạng ("as is"), không kèm bất kỳ bảo hành nào. Chúng tôi không cam kết gợi ý AI sẽ tăng doanh số, tăng thứ hạng search hay phù hợp với mọi chính sách Etsy ở mọi thị trường. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép tối đa, tổng trách nhiệm của HeySeller với mọi khiếu nại liên quan giới hạn ở số tiền bạn đã trả trong 12 tháng trước khi có khiếu nại.

9. Data and privacy9. Dữ liệu và quyền riêng tư

Use of HeySeller is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, AI processing, retention, deletion, and third-party services. Việc dùng HeySeller còn chịu sự điều chỉnh của Chính sách bảo mật, trong đó giải thích cách thu thập dữ liệu, cách AI xử lý, thời gian lưu, cách xoá và các dịch vụ bên thứ ba được dùng.

10. Changes to these terms10. Thay đổi điều khoản

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify active users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. HeySeller có thể cập nhật điều khoản theo thời gian. Nếu có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày phía trên và gửi email cho người dùng đang hoạt động ít nhất 14 ngày trước khi áp dụng.
