HeySeller is built by a small independent team of 4–5 people based in Vietnam — engineers, a designer, and a community lead — for Etsy sellers who want to research products, write better listings, and understand their shop's performance. The dashboard is multilingual and works clearly separate from anything Etsy ships natively. HeySeller được xây dựng bởi một đội độc lập 4–5 người tại Việt Nam — gồm kỹ sư, designer và phụ trách cộng đồng — dành cho seller Etsy muốn nghiên cứu sản phẩm, viết listing tốt hơn và hiểu rõ hiệu quả shop. Dashboard đa ngôn ngữ, hoạt động tách bạch với những gì Etsy có sẵn.
Story Câu chuyện
The team came together around a Vietnamese-language YouTube channel that has been teaching Etsy for several years. The community we know best lists handmade ceramics, embroidered textiles, digital prints, and seed paper. They sell on Etsy, and they kept asking the same questions: which tags work, what's trending, why their listings weren't getting found. Họ bán hàng trên Etsy và liên tục hỏi cùng những câu hỏi: tag nào hiệu quả, xu hướng ra sao, vì sao listing không được tìm thấy.
Before HeySeller the team ran a free Etsy analytics tool for that community. It processed roughly a million public listings a month before rate limits and trademark rules forced a pivot. HeySeller is the rebuild: a focused, paid product with the right legal foundation, a clearer scope, and a value-add Etsy does not offer. Trước HeySeller, đội từng vận hành một công cụ phân tích Etsy miễn phí cho cộng đồng. Nó xử lý khoảng một triệu listing công khai mỗi tháng, cho tới khi giới hạn API và quy định nhãn hiệu buộc phải đổi hướng. HeySeller là phiên bản làm lại: sản phẩm có thu phí, nền pháp lý đầy đủ, phạm vi rõ ràng hơn và mang lại giá trị Etsy chưa cung cấp.

Private beta, onboarding 20–30 invited sellers per month. We are commercial from day one — paid plans are listed publicly on the pricing section. Commercial access to the Etsy API is needed so we can move past the initial 100 sellers responsibly while staying inside the official rate limits. Đang ở beta riêng tư, mỗi tháng nhận 20–30 seller được mời. Đây là dự án thương mại từ đầu — các gói trả phí công khai ở trang bảng giá. HeySeller cần Commercial Access của Etsy API để có thể nhận thêm seller vượt mức 100 mà vẫn nằm trong giới hạn chính thức.

HeySeller is provided by its application developer. It is not provided by Etsy, not endorsed by Etsy, and not certified by Etsy. We use the Etsy Open API under the standard developer terms. We do not use Etsy logos, do not replicate Etsy layouts, and do not claim any partnership. HeySeller do nhà phát triển ứng dụng tự cung cấp, không phải sản phẩm của Etsy, không được Etsy chứng thực, không có chứng nhận của Etsy. Chúng tôi dùng Etsy Open API theo đúng điều khoản developer chuẩn. Không dùng logo Etsy, không sao chép giao diện Etsy và không tuyên bố là đối tác.
